April was all about the call to #BESTILL. And, as we had the opportunity to take our time, we took it. 🙌 We checked in with our SELF and got into the actions of a deep forward folding practice. But...far from being passive, we used the space that created to find activity within the rest and make our way boldly towards our - 'WHAT NEXT?'.
