April was all about the call to #BESTILL. And, as we had the opportunity to take our time, we took it. 🙌
We checked in with our SELF and got into the actions of a deep forward folding practice. But…far from being passive, we used the space that created to find activity within the rest and make our way boldly towards our – ‘WHAT NEXT?’.

My yogi friends… here we are in this new world of isolation and social distancing, trying on new ways of being and doing. That includes how, why and where we practice.
Yeah you can buy a yoga DVD or plug into some robotic app that’ll talk you through a guided basic programme or flow. You could even tune into the latest Z list celebrity in their sponsored yoga pants.
The choice, (no judgement) is yours….

So March 2020 is going to go down as one of those historic month’s. Who knew just how deep we’d need to dig in to the mantra to #BeBrave. The threat of the Corona Virus has threw all our lives up in the air… and we’re still waiting to see how things will land. The studio (physical space) has been forced to close and we’re now exploring a whole new world on line… and the fantastic thing about that is… you’re exploring it with us. Thank you all your #BravePants out there. Makes us all want to bust out a Warrior pose here at YL!
April is all about #BESTILL and we’ve got this unique opportunity to take our time, check in with our SELF, get back to our SELF, be our SELF. We’re here to support you with that, and we’ve got a whole journey through a forward folding practice to help us all find that stillness and space where we get to choose – ‘WHAT NEXT?’. But just know, as the law of giving and receiving dictates, by the nature of that law – we at YL feel your support back… in spades. Due to the ongoing developments of the Coronavirus, we have closed the YL physical studio space, effective March 21, until further notice.
That’s the official bit but the great news is, your yoga doesn’t have to stop. The great news is, we have found a way to not only go online but keep that community vibe…
