Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means union. Ask yourself: Where do I could I bring more balance and union to my world. What’s out of whack?

Choose from a Yoga Local Programme, Class or 1-1. Five to Eight week programmes are designed to bring pace and progress to your yoga practice week-on-week and work through some of the most common needs and challenges with people who likely to be in the same yoga boat as you. Yoga Local also offers TryOut/DropIn classes, which run at regular times each week. So if you really can’t commit to a programme just yet (and we really recommend this as the way to go), there’s still something here for you. It’s also a great way to test the yoga water. Don’t worry it will be warm.

Book it. Our online booking system makes it easy for you to plan ahead and clear space in your diary and your life. Let’s be honest, if you don’t book it in, it doesn’t get done. New classes and programmes are added frequently and on demand so if you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for today simply sign up to the Yoga Local Email Newsletter to be notified of upcoming programmes, classes and workshops.
