For others, it’s also the feelings of tranquillity and vitality that flow during a good yoga session. These stay with you for throughout the day. Let’s face it, life can hurl itself indiscriminately at us in each moment. How do you roll with it? Yoga can give us the emotional and physical foundation to stand strong, yet be easy too. Bonus.

All these benefits are big enough reasons to practice yoga, yet trust us on this, they only hint at the extraordinary and transformative power of this ancient practice.

Yoga is a profound integrative practice to bring you back to wholeness – mind body and consciousness itself – which we choose to call the soul, or pure awareness, spirit. It’s all the same. And it all needs taking care of.

Your Begin course is a progressive programme designed to go over some of your most common needs and challenges – with people who likely to be in the same yoga boat as you. It’s also a great way to test the yoga water. Don’t worry it will be warm.

Book it. Our online booking system makes it easy for you to plan ahead and clear space in your diary and your life. Let’s be honest, if you don’t book it in, it doesn’t get done.
